I am an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Training Specialist, and Precision Nutrition Coach. My career as a coach stems from my own struggle with Endometriosis and the realization that leading a healthy lifestyle was/is the best medicine for managing chronic conditions.
I believe that ‘healthy’ should be a daily practice, rather than a diet we fall off of, a workout plan we get bored with, or a goal that seems unachievable.
For this reason, I work with clients to establish overall healthy, balanced lifestyles. Together, we work on movement, nutrition, and recovery to establish sustainable habits geared towards their goals.
I currently offer coaching both in-person (NYC) and virtually via FaceTime/Zoom.
